Xabi Alonso

Manager Overview

"The premier young tactician in world football. Xabi Alonso etched his name into coaching folklore by guiding Bayer Leverkusen to an historic, invincible domestic double in 2023–24, shattering Bayern Munich's 11-year monopoly and authoring an astonishing 51-game unbeaten streak. After a high-profile tactical chapter at Real Madrid, Alonso took the reins at Chelsea heading into 2026/27, instilling his revolutionary 3-4-2-1 box midfield philosophy at Stamford Bridge."
